How often do you eat fresh fish and I mean FRESH FISH? - My aim as an East Anglian commercial fisherman is to deliver fish straight from the waters off our shores direct to you, cutting out countless middlemen and guaranteeing the freshest fish possible. For the finest fish buy it direct from the fisherman - where else?

Maudie (pictured above) is the 21 ft, open, purpose built netter that I have fished from for more than ten years. Molly T is the Gemini Catamaran that has now replaced her.

After years of supplying almost exclusively to merchants, my partner Kerry and I finally decided in March of 2003 to set up a stall and sell direct to the customer. Kerry now also sells our fish at five local, monthly Farmers' Markets and at Carpenters Farm Shop, Great Bentley every Wednesday morning.

Our stall at Point Clear Bay, St Osyth is open every Friday, Saturday, Sunday and bank holiday Monday throughout the year. It's a family run operation with Kerry, her father Roger and myself all assisting with the sales.

For details of the fish I am likely to be catching please consult The Catch in the Fresh Fish section.
